Comparably, a leading workplace culture and brand reputation platform, has released its 2022 Leadership Awards—and 16 North Texas companies are on the winners’ lists.
The four award categories include Best Leadership Team; Best Companies for Career Growth; Best CEOs for Women; and Best CEOs for Diversity.
The awards are based on ratings solely provided by employees who anonymously rated their workplaces on Comparably.com over a 12-month period (June 24, 2021 through June 24, 2022). According to Comparably, the 2022 awards were compiled from 15 million ratings across 70,000 U.S. companies.
Here are the North Texas companies whose own (anonymous) employees put them on the winner’s list for 2022. Note: The number beside each company shows its relative position among winners nationwide.
Best Leadership Teams
Comparably’s 5th annual list of Best Leadership Teams is derived from employees who anonymously rated their CEOs, executive leaders, and direct managers on Comparably.com over a 12-month period (June 24, 2021 through June 24, 2022).
