Next Level Insurance Agency has announced a human resources partnership with ThinkHR to provide clients with “much-needed risk management, human resources, and employee support at no cost to their clients” during the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to Next Level’s website, the Dallas-based insurance company “commits itself to finding ways to limit your risks, manage your plans and control your costs.”
Next Level offers benefits administration, text-enabled enrollment communication, and custom benefits mobile application among other tools for businesses. Now, with COVID continuing, the newly formed partnership will provide clients with HR expertise through ThinkHR.
“HR guidance has always been a need for employers and now with the impact of COVID-19, C-Suite Executives and HR Leaders have even more questions that need answers,” Next Level Insurance Agency CEO Danny O’Connell said in a statement. “We’ve developed a solution for companies to access the same scalable resources as larger employers without taking on additional expenses.”
San Francisco Bay-based ThinkHR is a technology platform and “people risk management solution” that helps build relationships for over 1,000 partners while providing HR guidance.
Now, in partnership with Next Level Agency, the two companies are working to prepare free resources for Dallas businesses.
Those include ways for companies to “manage risk before, during, and after exposure, compliance tools, on-demand insights, a living handbook, and live certified HR resources. Plus, a new COVID-19 Resource Center to offer valuable guidance in today’s new workspace.
“We saw a serious knowledge gap in the market when it comes to CEOs and CFOs understanding their power to lower their benefits spend without sacrificing quality,” O’Connell said in a statement. “With the right strategy, payroll structure, and employee engagement, companies can get a better handle on their total benefits spend and improve quality of care for their biggest asset—people.”
