45 North Texas Companies Make Inc.’s 2025 Southwest Fastest-Growing List

The 2025 Inc. 5000 Regionals: Southwest list features 137 companies from Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona. Richardson-based ANOVA Digital led North Texas by ranking No. 4 overall with 1,082% growth from 2021 to 2023—and one other North Texas company cracked the Top 10, too.

Inc. Magazine has unveiled its 2024 list of the fastest-growing companies in the Southwest, and 45 North Texas companies are honorees—with two cracking the Top 10 and one making the Top 3.

The 2025 Inc. 5000 Regionals: Southwest list features a total of 137 companies from Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona.

Companies on the lists are ranked according to their percentage revenue growth over two years, from 2021 to 2023. To qualify, they must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021, and must be based in the U.S., privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2023. Minimum revenue requirements are $100,000 for 2021 and $1 million for 2023. All honorees were required to pass Inc.’s editorial review.

“The honorees on this year’s Inc. Regionals list are true trailblazers driving economic growth in their respective regions, industries, and beyond,” Inc. Editorial Director Bonny Ghosh said in a statement. “This list celebrates their achievements and tells the stories of remarkable companies that are fueling growth and adding jobs in local economies throughout the country.”

That especially includes library officials and consultants they brought in for a report on the building's future, among other needed investments in the city's library system.

His team’s Polycraft World uses gameplay to turn classroom theory into real-world expertise, covering topics from synthetic organic chemistry to nuclear plants to semiconductor facilities. Their new startup company, Pedegree Studios, has licensed the core technologies from the university to create a scalable digital pipeline for education and workforce development.
