Tabatha Erck has been appointed as the new CEO of Dallas-based Archer Review, a fast-growing healthcare education company and portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners.
In 2024, Archer Review led all North Texas companies on the 2024 Inc. 5000 fastest-growing list.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Tabatha to Archer Review at this pivotal time,” Karthik Koduru, founder of Archer Review, said in a statement. “Tabatha’s experience in scaling healthcare and education organizations, coupled with her strategic mindset and deep passion for student success, make her the right, bold leader for Archer’s next chapter. We are confident that under her leadership, Archer Review will continue to set new benchmarks in healthcare education and drive meaningful impact for learners worldwide.”
Archer Review said that Erck brings more than two decades of leadership experience in healthcare technology and education to her new role.
“Archer has built a solid foundation with innovative, student-focused solutions and I look forward to building on that as we think of the ways we can support healthcare students and professionals throughout their journey,” Erck said in a statement.
Expertise in healthcare and education
Before joining Archer Review, Erck was CEO of Zipari, a health insurance technology company, where she led the organization’s rapid growth and expansion. During her career, Erck has held executive roles at major healthcare and education organizations, demonstrating a strong track record of scaling businesses and driving innovation, Archer Review said.
The company said that Erck’s appointment underscores its commitment to building a leadership team seeking to advance healthcare education and deliver best-in-class learning outcomes.
“Under Tabatha’s guidance we expect to invest significantly to expand our best-in-class educational offerings organically and inorganically across the entire medical education learning journey,” said Chris Mairs, managing director with Leeds Equity. “Her strategic vision and operational excellence will ensure the success of our broader mission to advance student, professional, institutional, and ultimately patient outcomes.”
