Westlake-based Solera Holdings has a deal to acquire Australian insurance tech provider ENData, the company announced on Monday. Through an intelligent platform, ENData can simplify and automate the fulfillment of insurance claims.
That’s on the heels of Solera’s May announcement of its acquisition of two Dallas-area companies, DealerSocket and Omnitracs. That deal combined three Vista Equity Partners companies into a one-stop shop.
Darko Dejanovic, CEO of Solera, says the company’s most recent acquisition of ENData expands its position not only in Australia, but globally, as “the leading provider of innovative solutions across the entire insurance claims ecosystem.”
With the deal, Solera says it provides claims and supply chain management solutions to “all of the top five general insurance companies operating in Australia, with data and technology solutions that are further extensible around the world.”
Solera expects to close on in the acquisition in the third quarter.
“The global increase in property insurance claims combined with a lack of standardization creates significant opportunity for Solera’s AI-driven technology to reduce variability, accelerate business outcomes and improve the customer experience,” Dejanovic said in a statement.
Last week, Solera Holding’s Autopoint brand launched its Digital Marketing Services, a suite of new prospecting solutions that targets anonymous buyers and lost or dormant customers.
