Ryde, a global “wellbeing shot” brand, is relocating its U.S. headquarters from North Carolina to Uptown Dallas. The company said the move signals “a significant investment in the local DFW economy, with ambitious plans for growth, job creation, and community impact.”
Launched in Australia and Canada in 2023 and in the U.S. earlier this year, Ryde is focused on “wellness innovation.” The company says its pocket-sized 2-ounce supplements feature a proprietary Ryplenish formula “developed by experts in molecular biology, neuroscience, and behavioral psychology, and backed by rigorous scientific research.”
Andre Denischuck, U.S. general manager at Ryde, who will be based in Dallas, expects the new Uptown office to be operational by the end of Q1.
Core team of five relocating to Texas
According to the company, a core team of five will be relocating from outside the state to Dallas. Ryde plans to create up to “10-plus” full-time positions in Dallas by the end of 2025.
“Dallas is the perfect home for Ryde as we expand across the U.S.,” Denischuck said in a statement. “With its central location, pro-business climate, and diverse talent pool, the city offers the ideal conditions to establish our operations.”
He added that Dallas’ robust economy and well-developed infrastructure position Ryde to scale sustainably and remain competitive in the wellness market. “We’re thrilled to join a vibrant, ambitious community and look forward to creating a lasting impact.”
A wellbeing shot of “energy, focus, and relaxation”
Ryde says its shots are aimed at maximizing “energy, focus, and relaxation” via natural ingredients including green tea caffeine, ginseng, and L-Theanine,
The brand, styled as Ryde:, is available nationally on the Amazon platform and is also available at all Central Market stores and in all Dallas-Fort Worth 7-Eleven locations.
Currently, its distribution in Texas is focused on Dallas-Fort Worth. But Ryde said it plans to expand statewide to Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.
