One of the top staffing firms in the Southeast is expanding its presence in the Dallas market with the opening of a new brand office in Lewisville—and the hiring of local talent.
Hire Dynamics, which was founded in 2001 in Atlanta, is looking to find jobs for hundreds of workers in manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, contact center, and office support via its recently established Lewisville office. The company last month hosted a two-day HirePalooza event ahead of the branch’s grand opening.
The move comes at a time when Texas added more than 55,000 nonagricultural jobs in June, according to the Texas Workforce Commission. In May the state unemployment rate decreased by 0.1 percent from a revised 6.6 percent.
Hire Dynamics’ only other Texas location is in Baytown near Houston. But it has some 50 locations across the Southeast. North Texas has been on the team’s radar for a while.
“We’ve been planning to expand our footprint in Texas for some time and with Dallas’ explosive jobs growth, it was clear the time to do so was now,” Hire Dynamics Vice President Lisa Cooney said in a statement. “We’re eager to tap into the expansive local talent pool and help people find the opportunities that will lead to successful careers in the manufacturing and logistics industries.”
Hire Dynamics says it transforms lives by employing around 11,000 people every day at its more than 1,500 client locations. Its tech-enabled approach to the job market matches workers with available openings in manufacturing and logistics.
Co-Founders Dan Campbell and Jon Neff established the firm as a “different kind of staffing business,” with the intent to put people first by growing partnerships that benefit both businesses and individuals. It has since seen accelerated growth and is now among the top one percent of more than 22,000 staffing companies.
Hire Dynamics has won ClearlyRated’s “Best of Staffing for Client & Talent Satisfaction” for 12 consecutive years.
