Scott and three other women co-founders—all “transformation and wellness coaches”—launched their North Texas-based VYIT LIFE platform in 2022. Aimed at everyone from the healthy-living curious to fitness beginners to those seeking “ultimate body transformation,” the brand acknowledges that people have different fitness goals.
The co-founders merged ‘vitality,’ ‘live,’ and ‘fitness’ to coin a name that embodies its core mission, VYIT (pronounced VIT).
To support VYIT’s online training and mobile apps platform anywhere users work out, the startup launched its first wearable apps this week for the Apple Watch, Google Play, and other fitness devices and apps, including Garmin, Fitbit, and MyFitnessPal.
