The Family Place said that veteran philanthropy leader Molly Fiden brings unparalleled expertise and passion to her role as she re-joins the organization.

Veteran philanthropy leader Molly Fiden has returned to The Family Place as chief advancement officer, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in marketing and development, including a decade of impactful work in the Dallas area.

The Family Place said that Fiden brings unparalleled expertise and passion to her role as she re-joins the organization.

The Family Place said that her hands-on leadership style, strategic vision, and dedication to philanthropy make Fiden an invaluable asset to the organization as it continues to grow and strengthen its services. The Family Place said Fiden’s return comes at an important time, just before the organization’s fundraisers this fall, Texas Trailblazer Awards Luncheon, and Partners Card.

During her previous tenure at The Family Place, Fiden led initiatives that strengthened the organization’s mission and expanded its impact, the Family Place said.

She led branding and marketing strategies, cultivated key corporate and legislative partnerships, and managed critical fundraising efforts such as the $1.3 million Partners Card program that engaged more than 700 retailers. The organization said that Fiden’s innovative approach to fundraising and development has been instrumental in supporting families and survivors.

Fiden has held leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Team Rubicon and Allyn Media.

At Team Rubicon, an international disaster relief organization, Fiden was director of development for the central U.S., where she exceeded fundraising goals and worked with major donors, including George Bush and Ross Perot. Most recently, at Allyn Media, Fiden developed and executed multimillion-dollar fundraising campaigns for clients, showcasing her ability to lead high-impact initiatives and deliver results.
