Techweek Dallas commenced with a kickoff celebration Monday night at Community Beer Co. highlighted by networking, local brews, and virtual reality demos.
The room was filled with investors, entrepreneurs, and developers from various industries in the Dallas community, all networking and talking about their personal stories. Take a look at scenes from the event here.
Tuesday led off with an open house at the Accenture Interactive Studio in Dallas featuring augmented and virtual reality demos and breakfast (we’re eyeing those event-themed donuts).
If you’re looking to delve deeper into the AR conversation, check out tonight’s discussion about business cases for the technology up the road in Richardson. It’s put on by VRARA, the global industry association for virtual, augmented, and mixed realities, and will feature speaker German Rodriguez U.S. business manager for Joinpad USA.
