World Affairs Council Educator of the Year Luncheon Features State Department Spokesman

The World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth’s 2023 Educator of the Year luncheon March 27 will feature a keynote by U.S. Department of State spokesman Ned Price, a former council intern. Price is a former political adviser and intelligence officer.
