Dallas Arts District High Rise Becomes 1st Multifamily Tower in Texas To Claim WELL Gold

The luxury residential tower in the Dallas Arts District of downtown Dallas—designed to be the healthiest high-rise in the state—sets a high bar. It was the first to register for the multifamily certification in Texas five years ago.

In October, the building also received LEED Gold Certification, issued by the U.S. Green Building Council.
