Dallas-Based 3PL Provider WWEX Group To Be Acquired by Chicago’s Thoma Bravo

After the deal closes, Thoma Bravo will combine WWEX Group with its existing portfolio company Auctane, a leading global tech company offering intelligent shipping and fulfillment products such as ShipStation, Stamps.com, Metapack, and Packlink.

Acquired last year by Chicago's Thoma Bravo for $5.3 billion, Darktrace was co-founded by British tech tycoon Mike Lynch and former U.K. intelligence officials. Lynch died last summer when his superyacht Bayesian sank in a storm off the coast of Sicily.
