Oxenfree at Princeton, east of McKinney, is just one of four new Core Spaces build-to-rent developments in progress across Dallas-Fort Worth, built on the principles of "new (sub)urbanism." Others are in Fort Worth, Rowlett, and Frisco. In Princeton, 408 single-family detached homes and townhomes feature private garages, yards, and outdoor patios.
