People in the U.S. are more stressed than ever, grappling with the effects and uncertainties of the pandemic, according to AHA CEO Nancy Brown, who says that "women of color suffer disproportionately from adverse life experiences like discrimination and racism that can lead to anxiety and toxic levels of chronic stress.”  The AHA gathered Black professionals and medical experts for a candid conversation on mental health.
