To be located at Located at 111 Customer Way in Las Colinas, PowerHouse Irving is the third multi-phased data center development to be announced this year by the company, following PowerHouse Reno in Nevada and PowerHouse 95 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.
Edged Dallas will be built for high-density AI workloads and equipped with advanced waterless cooling and ultra-efficient energy systems. It's expected to open in the fall.
