Dallas-based Hillwood will develop and build the "next-gen" 800K-SF regional distribution center at one of its own logistics parks in South Fort Worth. To be built with an array of sustainability initiatives, the center is expected to bring 300 new full-time jobs to the region over the next decade.

The performance footwear and apparel brand is known for reimagining the boot for modern riders, ranchers, and farmers—so Cowtown, named after the cattle ranching industry, was an obvious choice.
