KDC and University of Dallas Secure Rezoning Approval for Data Center Campus at ‘Mobility Crossroads’ in Irving

The Irving City Council has approved a rezoning application, putting KDC and the University of Dallas a step closer to developing a state-of-the-art data center campus near the university's main campus. The project is in the design phase, with completion anticipated for early 2027.

Australian PropTech Intelligence Platform Archistar Is Beginning Its U.S. Launch in Dallas

Archistar says it offers real estate developers "faster, smarter land acquisition" via its all-in-one platform. "Within a few minutes," the startup says, developers can "complete deep analysis that would take dedicated specialists weeks to finish." The company raised $11 million in June to help fuel its U.S. expansion, and acquired Snaploader to add interactive 3D experiences to its platform.

Developers Look South: Onu Ventures Plans New 12‑Acre Project in Southern Dallas

Onu Ventures' residential and retail development at the intersection of I-20 and I-45 will include a grocery store and amenities centered around green space to create community.

The Onu Ventures project adds to other developments looking to build in the southern part of the city. Last month, Hoque Global announced its 270-acre University Hills development located next to the University of North Texas at Dallas campus.
