Cousins Properties acquired the Class AA Uptown Dallas tower in a deal brokered by Newmark. The transaction for The Link at Uptown is a new high sales price in Dallas-Fort Worth this year, Newmark said. Last week, JLL announced it has been engaged to handle leasing for the property that "sits between Uptown’s core and emerging financial districts.”
