GoVerden—which is owned by three of the largest avocado growers in Michoacán, Mexico—said the opening of its new U.S. headquarters in Plano is a direct response to its double-digit growth over the past three years and the increasing demand for its products.

Air Distribution Technologies is a market leader in air management and filtration solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close in the second half of this year.
