A RentCafe report finds three major adaptive reuse projects completed last year, including the $40 million office-to-residential conversion inside Dallas’ 50-story Santander Tower that created 291 Peridot Residences apartments downtown. Nearly 3,000 more units are in the city’s redevelopment pipeline, according to the study.
In the latest phase of Pacific Elm’s adaptive reuse of Dallas' eighth tallest office tower, conversion of five more floors will add 105 residences to the mixed-use high-rise in the city’s urban core.
A new residential Wellness Floor is located on the 33rd floor of the tower, featuring such amenities as a Pilates studio, spa-grade saunas, sports lounge, and an indoor pickleball court—said to be "the first of its kind" in a luxury high-rise.
