Two Hands will occupy one of the five free-standing retail spaces surrounding The QUAD's 12-story, Class AA office tower in the heart of Uptown. The Australian-accented eatery is a casual restaurant concept that will offer indoor and outdoor dining with a menu of fusion share plates and well-traveled classics for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a coffee program and full bar.

University Hills could ultimately include 1,500 multi-family units, hundreds of single-family homes, 1.5 million square feet of commercial properties, and more than 50 acres of green space.
