DZS Announces CFO Departure, Names Interim CFO

CFO Misty Kawecki will step down at the end of this month, following the successful completion of DZS' financial restatement. Brian Chesnut, who was appointed chief accounting officer in April, has been named interim CFO.

Brian Chesnut will be responsible for working closely with the CFO, senior leadership, and DZS' new independent public accounting firm, BDO USA, overseeing all corporate accounting functions including reporting, governance, and internal controls.
