Elevate Credit’s Fort Worth HQ to Host Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamp

The program at Elevate’s headquarters in Fort Worth will be offered to underserved high school students at no cost and will introduce them to basic AI concepts and skills. The camp will help prepare and encourage students to succeed in STEM fields at the college level and beyond. At the bootcamp, students will actually build their own AI apps—so we'll stay tuned in case the next ChatGPT gets cooked up.

UT Dallas to Host Mark Cuban Foundation’s Free AI Bootcamp for High School Students

The AI Bootcamp will target underserved high school students in the ninth through 12th grades and will introduce them to basic AI concepts and skills, the foundation said. Students will learn what AI is and is not, where they already interact with AI in their own lives, and the ethical implications of AI systems including but not limited to TikTok recommendations, smart home assistants, facial recognition, and self-driving cars, among others.
