JLL Report: DFW Industrial Market Led U.S. in Development Through All 4 Quarters of 2022

In its new DFW Industrial Insight report for Q4 2022, JLL says that Dallas-Fort Worth's record-setting year for industrial construction activity and deliveries kept pace in Q4.
The DFW industrial market finished the year with 61.6 million SF under construction, and a total of 45.8 million SF delivered.

DataBank—a leader of the booming data center market, with over 65 data centers and 20 interconnection hubs in over two dozen metros—welcomed a new group of investors in the deal, led by Swiss Life Asset Management, EDF Invest, Northleaf Capital Partners, and Ardian.

The joint venture will develop around 15 "next generation" cold storage facilities across the country. The launch addresses a cold storage crunch that's been exacerbated by increased demand during the pandemic and the ongoing supply chain crisis.
