As a result of the acquisition by Florida-based INSPYR Solutions, Beth Garvey, the chair, president, and CEO of BGSF, will transition from her role within the company to pursue other interests, effective July 1. Interim co-CEOs have been selected, the company announced.

Plano-based IT consulting firm CG Infinity has hired Jeremy Leonard as senior vice president of digital marketing. Leonard will further the firm’s presence in the Denver metropolitan area, the company said.
The hiring accelerates the firm’s customers’ marketing transformation and customer-centric initiatives, CG Infinity said.
