Circular Services said the facility will serve as a "circularity campus," able to house a variety of material management services for municipal and commercial customers in McKinney, Frisco, and surrounding communities.

You used to have drive to Lake Travis to go cliff jumping and head for the Gulf Coast to find waves on a beach. Soon, all that will be right in McKinney's own backyard. Breaking ground in 2025, the mixed-use Cannon Beach development is expected to provide more than 700 local jobs, generate over $2 billion in economic impact over the next 20 years, and welcome 300,000 visitors annually.
