Match Group Promotes Longtime Leader to COO; President to Step Down

Hesam Hosseini has been promoted to chief operating officer of Dallas-based Match Group, effective April 1. Gary Swidler will step down as president on that date and continue as an adviser to the company until July 4. The moves come one month after former Zillow co-founder and CEO Spencer Rascoff was appointed CEO of Match Group.

Steven Bailey will assume the position effective March 1, when Gary Swidler will transition out of his CFO role and continue as Match Group's president.
