Fort Worth's Wilks Development said Austin-based TYLER'S will be the first retail tenant in its 217-acre mixed-use Firefly Park development, now being built along PGA Parkway.
Firefly Park is slated to feature 3 million SF of Class A office space, 400,000 SF of upscale retail, dining, and entertainment, 1,200 hotel rooms, 230 townhomes, 1,970 mid-rise and high-rise residential units, and numerous world-class amenities, said Benbrook-based Wilks Development—which has tapped Transwestern Real Estate Services and Kobalt Investment Co. to oversee leasing.
Here's a look at new renderings.
Firefly Park is slated to feature 3 million square feet of Class A office space, 400,000 square feet of upscale retail, dining, and entertainment, along with 1,200 hotel rooms, 230 townhomes, 1,970 mid-rise and high-rise residential units, plus many other "world-class" amenities.
Slated to break ground next year, Firefly Park will add "a significantly different, cool vibe to Frisco," says the city's mayor. Developer Kyle Wilks of Wilks Development hired Amsterdam-based UNStudio to develop the master plan in collaboration with Sasaki Associates.
That European influence is showing up in the 230-acre project's walkable, park-laden layout—and in the architecture's future-forward look. The Dream Hotel will be designed with hints of the region, with a design philosophy “both surreal and contemporarily chic."
