Frisco-based Healthcare Highways, an innovative PPO network and health plan partner, has added Jack Martin, the founder of Public Strategies Inc., and Carlos Zaffirini, president of Adelanto Healthcare Ventures, to its board of directors as the company said it continues to expand already strong partnerships in the Austin community.

Dallas political leaders and UNT Dallas officials were among the speakers at the opening. Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith purchased the property in 2019 through his real estate company, E Smith Communities, as a place to build and incubate talent. UNT Dallas has now joined Dallas College and other organizations in setting up programs at the renovated center.
