Dallas’ CSW Industrials To Acquire Aspen Manufacturing for $313.5M

The acquisition will allow CSWI to expand its existing HVAC/R product line with "an innovative portfolio of high-caliber evaporator coils and air handlers," while building on its existing HVAC/R end market leadership position, the company said.
