Dallas’ Sonida Senior Living Acquires Orlando-Based CNL Healthcare Properties in $1.8 Billion Merger Deal

Sonida and CHP plan to merge under the NYSE ticker "SNDA" as a result of the deal, creating America's eighth largest owner of senior living assets. The combined company will own 153 independent living, assisted living, and memory care senior living communities nationwide.
