Dallas-based construction company Balfour Beatty announced it has appointed Richard Ryan to senior vice president, National Safety and Sustainability and Jenni Kelley to senior vice president, chief financial officer of the company’s U.S. Civils business.

Ryan and Kelley will serve as members of Balfour Beatty’s national executive leadership team where they join leaders who manage companywide functions that provide strategic oversight and support to teammates, clients, and partners, the company said....
