Chinese Solar Panel Firm to Build $200M Manufacturing Plant in Southern Dallas County

Trina Solar announced it will build a more than 1-million-square-foot solar photovoltaic manufacturing facility in Wilmer, just south of Dallas. When completed, the facility will provide 1,500 jobs, produce 5 GW of modules, and source polysilicon from the U.S. and Europe.
