Lennox Launches Water Heater Joint Venture With Global Partner Ariston Group

Richardson-based Lennox International is turning up the heat on its home comfort product lineup. The Ariston Lennox Water Heating North America venture will debut Lennox-branded water heaters in 2026, with leadership jointly appointed.

New funding led by New York-based Coatue Management has turned Island—a pioneering category leader in cyber-secure enterprise browsers—into a quadruple unicorn. The move comes just three years after Island emerged from stealth with a game-changing browser, over 100 employees, and nearly $100 million in funding.

In June, TXSE Group announced plans to launch the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE), focused on enabling U.S. and global companies to access U.S. equity capital markets via a “fully electronic, national securities exchange." In the months since, that's led to endless discussion of the impact of North Texas' "Y'All Street." It was capped by yesterday's announcement that the TXSE had raised over $135 million to date as it named members of TXSE's board—including former Texas Governor and former U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry; former SEC Commissioner Rick Roberts; and Alex Bussandri, the global head of strategy at Citadel Securities.

Today Bloomberg reported that LTK is now allowing users to buy from influencer-curated virtual storefronts on LTK's app. Box's company has added in-app checkout to leverage the fact that influencers use the platform to make their videos and photos "shoppable."
