Once completed, it will feature a luxury hotel and condominiums, a 27-story multifamily building, nine floors of offices above two stories of retail and restaurants, and a half-acre park connected to the Katy Trail.

Targeting savings depositors and investors nationwide, the two divisions specialize in offering online-only certificates of deposit (CDs) with competitive rates.
