The 300-unit luxury apartment project is located across from Choctaw Stadium and nearby Globe Life Field, just several field-goal kicks from AT&T Stadium. Developed by Baltimore-based The Cordish Companies in a collaboration with the Texas Rangers, it's the first residential component of the Arlington Entertainment District.

The new hotel, at 888 Nolan Ryan Expressway, is Loews Hotel & Co.'s second and largest hotel in Arlington, and is described as "the first-of-its-kind" in the market. All together, the Loews Arlington complex offers nearly 1,200 guest rooms and 300,000 square feet of meeting space. One of its upcoming attractions: the 2024 MLB All-Star Game in July.

One Rangers Way—an architecturally striking luxury residential project being built in the Arlington Entertainment District—isn't slated for completion until December 2024. But pre-leasing has been underway for three weeks now, triggering "incredible interest and momentum," according to The Cordish Companies, the building's developer.

The Cordish Companies and Texas Rangers have announced the opening of Spark Arlington, a two-level, 30,000-square-foot collaborative workspace located inside Choctaw Stadium, the Rangers' former ballpark. Over 20 companies have already become members, including Lone Star Drones, the XFL, WFAA, ANKR Agency, BGD Digital Marketing, Scudder Storycraft, and the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation.
