$60M Apt. Community Coming to Former Site of Dallas’ Historic Ambassador Hotel

The historic Ambassador Hotel in The Cedars just south of downtown Dallas—once slated for an apartment conversion—was destroyed in a 2019 fire. But now Austin-based OHT will build an apartment community on the site after all, the Dallas Morning News reports.
