Spaces Dallas Opens Largest Coworking Space in City

Spaces Dallas

The largest coworking space in Dallas opened Monday.

Appropriately named Spaces Dallas, it is in Uptown at 1919 McKinney Ave., and has 67,000 square feet over two-and-a-half floors. It has two street-level entrances and a 5,000-square-foot outdoor courtyard, according to D Magazine.

The space boasts a common area complete with a coffee shop and café, a secondary common area for keynote speakers, plenty of desks and booths, more than 200 private offices, 188 parking spaces, and meeting rooms. D Magazine also said that the facility is decorated to boot with only places and things in Texas.

Membership starts at $200 a month for desks and booths out on the floor. Private offices begin at $650 per a month and meeting room rentals are $117 for a half day.

Spaces Dallas Manager Brian Bigham told D Magazine that prior to opening, more than 50 percent of the office spaces had been leased. The space is available to any individual or company in any line of work.

The space’s primary function is to serve as a fresh, new co-working space, but the company has additional plans to collaborate with local businesses and leaders on workshops and seminars.

Members have access 24/7 along with other perks such as dry cleaning services, IT support, and floral arrangement services.

As for the opening day vibes Bigham said, “The energy is really high and we have smiles all around.”
