Irving-based SignaPay has opened its new 15,000-square-foot headquarters, expanding the company’s workspace and providing new employee amenities. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Thursday.
An Inc. 500 leader in payment-processing technology, SignaPay opened its new headquarters at 6440 N. Belt Line Road, Suite 125, in Irving. The company’s previous headquarters were located two miles away in Irving at 4100 W. Royal Lane.
“Our new headquarters isn’t just a bigger office—it’s an innovation hub that allows us to scale every facet of our business,” Founder and CEO John Martillo said in a statement. “From accelerated R&D to a wellness-first culture, this space embodies the future we’re building for our partners, merchants, and employees.”

The new headquarters replaces SignaPay’s former 10,000-square-foot office. It expands workspace by 50% and houses an enlarged terminal-deployment station, a wellness room with a mini-gym, a “living room” with a custom bar and pool table, and a “fully upgraded technology infrastructure” designed to power the company’s next phase of product development.
SignaPay said the move underscores its commitment to sustained growth and to serving partners with faster deployments, richer data insights, and best-in-class support.

“Revenue growth begins with operational excellence,” Managing Partner and Chief Revenue Officer Matt Nern said in a statement. “The expanded deployment station and cutting-edge infrastructure shorten our go-to-market timelines and give partners a true competitive advantage.”
Brian McNatt, managing partner and CFO said the space reflects the company’s business approach.
“Investing in this facility reflects our disciplined approach to scaling profitably while doubling down on the innovation that has kept SignaPay on the Inc. 500 list,” he said.
In 2024, SignaPay announced Pace Software Founder David Leppek as its new chief technology officer, and later added former i3 Verticals exec Sara Egan as vice president of sales.
