Sheraton Dallas To Host Exhibition of Work from Stewpot Art Program

The Stewpot Art Program serves those experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Dallas. It provides a safe environment and outlet for people to express themselves via art—with 90% of sales going to the artists and 10% benefitting the art program for supplies and field trips for artists.

Sheraton Dallas Hotel will host the Art Night at The Parlor event, a gallery exhibition that will feature artwork by artists of The Stewpot Art Program.

The Stewpot is a community ministry of First Presbyterian Church of Dallas, offering a safe haven for homeless and at-risk individuals of Dallas and providing resources for basic survival needs, as well as opportunities to start a new life.

The event will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., July 23 at the hotel’s upscale lounge bar, The Parlor, which is inside the hotel at 400 North Olive St. in downtown Dallas.

At the event, attendees can sip refreshments, view the artwork on display, meet talented artists, and purchase unique pieces. Guests will have the option to buy original works of art, starting at $50.

The event is open to the public. Registration is requested here.
