Salesmanship Club of Dallas Elects Systemware CEO as Its New President; Names 2025-2026 Board

The organization said that Frankie Basso will guide the organization into its 106th year of service.

Frankie Basso, an 11-year member of Salesmanship Club of Dallas, has been elected as president of the nonprofit service organization.

The Salesmanship Club said that Basso is a dedicated leader with a deep commitment to youth and mental health and is well-prepared to guide it into its 106th year of service.

“It’s an honor to serve as president at such a pivotal time,” Basso said in a statement. “Young people today face tremendous challenges, and our mission to support their mental health has never been more vital.”

Basso said the organizations would continue to build on its more than a century of impact, to support thousands of kids and families in Dallas and beyond.

“What truly sets this community apart is not just our commitment to youth mental health, but the fellowship we share in advancing it together,” he said.

Over its 105 years, Salesmanship Club of Dallas has been dedicated to strengthening the mental health of children and families through Momentous Institute, which provides innovative mental health services, education, and professional training. Salesmanship Club of Dallas is also the host of THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson, which donates its proceeds to Momentous Institute.

As president, Basso will work closely with the board, staff, and community partners to expand the organization’s reach and impact.

As president and CEO of Systemware, Inc., Basso guides product development, sales, and marketing while shaping the company’s long-term vision. Under his leadership, Systemware has grown into a leader in cloud-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, helping organizations seamlessly manage and access the information that matters most.

Prior to this appointment, Basso served on the 2024 and the 2025 Salesmanship Club of Dallas board of directors. Basso will serve a one-year term, alongside six members elected to the following leadership positions on Salesmanship Club of Dallas board of directors.
