Ryan Names New President of Its Tax.com Division

Jason Keever comes to Ryan with more than 15 years of experience driving revenue at several private equity-backed, high-growth software-as-a-service companies, Ryan said.

Jason Keever has been appointed president of Ryan’s tax.com division, the Dallas-based global tax services and software provider announced.

He comes to Ryan with more than 15 years of experience driving revenue at several private equity-backed, high-growth software-as-a-service companies, Ryan said.

“Jason’s addition to the team and experience as a SaaS growth expert is integral to our vision of continual innovation and evolution of our tax.com platform,” Ryan Chairman and CEO G. Brint Ryan said in a statement. “His record of transforming businesses into cloud enterprise leaders highlights his ability to drive growth effectively, and we look forward to what his leadership capabilities will bring our team.”

As a member of Ryan’s executive leadership team, Keever will be instrumental in implementing the firm’s vision of enhancing the breadth of technology services provided for current clients while also expanding into untapped markets and industries, Ryan said.

Before coming to Ryan, Keever held leadership positions, including board adviser and chief revenue officer at Edge, president at Safeguard Global, chief sales officer at Job&Talent, and vice president of sales at Seismic.

“Ryan’s commitment to streamlining business and tax processes with advanced technology well aligns with my vision for implementing cutting-edge design and development capabilities,” Keever said in a statement. “I look forward to making the tax.com brand the future of business tax technology.”

In December 2022, Ryan launched its innovative suite of tax.com technology solutions to manage compliance issues and create efficiencies for clients.

Ryan said that as the largest firm in the world focused on business taxes, the firm continues to place itself in a better position to help streamline tax processes for current and future clients by adding value to their business.

Ryan said its tax.com software solutions specialize in developing and deploying business software and services designed to streamline and optimize management, compliance, and operational tasks related to property tax, unclaimed property, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes, as well as grants, credits, and incentives.

Tax.com combines the industry-leading tax expertise built over three decades of Ryan tax consulting expertise for Fortune 1000 companies with cutting-edge technology development expertise and service delivery excellence, the firm said.

The tax.com software solutions are available on a subscription basis to businesses, organizations, and tax service providers throughout the U.S. and around the globe.
