Revision Skincare Appoints Former L’Oréal Exec as CMO

With a unique combination of scientific expertise and brand-building leadership, Derrick Booker brings a proven track record of advancing growth and transformation within the medical-grade skincare category, Irving-based Revision said.

Revision Skincare, an Irving-based physician-dispensed, medical-grade skincare line focused on longevity, has appointed Derrick Booker as chief marketing officer.

As CMO, Booker will oversee global marketing strategy, brand development, and omnichannel engagement, fueling growth in both professional providers—physicians, med spas, and clinical partners—and consumer markets.

CEO Lisa Paley said Booker’s ability “to translate scientific rigor into meaningful brand communication will strengthen how we engage both providers and consumers.”

“His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to elevate our position in longevity-focused skincare,” Paley added in a statement.

With a unique combination of scientific expertise and brand-building leadership, Booker brings a proven track record of advancing growth and transformation within the medical-grade skincare category, Revision said, adding that since he began his career as a scientist, he applies the scientific method to marketing—developing evidence-based brands “grounded in credibility and performance.”

Previously, Booker held leadership roles at L’Oréal, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, and Procter & Gamble, where he advanced brand performance through innovation, disciplined strategy, and global execution.

Revision said Booker has a knack for combining science-backed credibility with compelling brand storytelling, while building high-performing teams and executing modern go-to-market strategies. He is also a strong advocate for AI-driven marketing and digital acceleration, with experience advancing growth through omnichannel ecosystems, from in-office engagement to direct-to-consumer platforms, the company added.
