Revere Capital, a Dallas-based institutional private credit manager, has appointed Clarisa Lindenmeyer as chief operating officer.
“Clarisa is one of those catalytic leaders who can see around corners while building the systems that make real growth possible,” said Clark Briner, founder and CEO of Revere Capital.
“She’s a dynamic, big-thinking operator who knows how to scale organizations with purpose and precision,” he added in a statement. Her track record across high-growth sectors—from fintech and venture capital to corporate innovation—make her the ideal choice for COO.”
Briner said Lindenmeyer has the uncommon ability to translate vision into execution and strategy into momentum— “which is exactly the kind of leadership Revere needs as we expand our national footprint and continue pushing innovation forward in the private credit space.”
Before joining Revere Capital, Lindenmeyer served as chief of staff and chief brand officer at Dallas-based Gig Wage, the payment platform for the gig economy. There, she helped advance the company’s mission to democratize financial access and create a safety net for underbanked workers.
Lindenmeyer is also the founder of Proximity to Power, a boutique consultancy that focuses on C-suite strategy and brand architecture for organizations such as Children’s Health, Boone Pickens Capital, Enterprise Ireland, and The Department of Homeland Security. Earlier in her career, as chief revenue officer at Tech Wildcatters, she helped establish Dallas’ startup and investor landscape—producing one of the city’s largest pitch events at the American Airlines Center and accelerating the region’s entrepreneurial momentum.
“Revere Capital is at a pivotal moment in its growth trajectory,” said Lindenmeyer. “I’m honored to join a team with such a strong reputation for innovation, creativity, and performance. I look forward to working alongside Clark and the leadership team to drive scalable growth and deepen our impact across markets.”
Lindenmeyer has served on the board of The United Way’s Social Innovation Accelerator, the Friends of Fair Park Board of Directors, the Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, and the Executive Board of The Family Place. She is also a mentor for MassChallenge, Techstars, and Money 20/20.
