Staffing firm Nextaff has opened its first Dallas area office, which is owned and operated by North Texas entrepreneur Mike Stuber.
The office is at 8951 Cypress Waters Blvd., in Coppell.
Nextaff is the franchise division of Louisville, Kentucky-based Malone Workforce Solutions, and offers a variety of custom solutions to industrial, administrative, professional, information technology, and health-care industries.
“Between my franchising experience and Tonya’s experience in human resources, we have everything at our disposal to be successful.”
Stuber’s wife Tonya, a Navy veteran, will use her expertise as a human resources director to boost the business’ goal of enabling clients to focus on their core business activities while Nextaff identifies, evaluates, and acquires quality talent.
“Between my franchising experience and Tonya’s experience in human resources, we have everything at our disposal to be successful,” Mike Stuber said in a release. “Combine that with Nextaff’s proprietary recruiting methodology, and we can help make sure we’re tailoring our process to the needs of regional hiring manager to provide them with job seekers that are more likely to be successful in their positions.”
The Stubers said they looked at other franchise opportunities before deciding on Nextaff because it offered a combination of being a good business opportunity with the “best parts of HR,” Tonya Stuber said.
“Everybody likes getting a job,” Tonya Stuber said. “That’s the fun part of working in HR—getting people jobs.”
Nextaff uses a proprietary recruiting method called X-FACTOR, which combines hiring methodologies that the company said gives it a high-performing tool to identify talent for its clients.
