Mindzie Launches Generative AI-Powered Business Process Mining Platform

Southlake-based mindize says that by training AI to think like a "process analyst," it can enable organizations to accelerate their process improvement initiatives and achieve rapid digital transformation. "Our unique approach will allow customers to leverage the power of AI chat to discover process insights, while never exposing their data," says CEO James Henderson.

Southlake-based mindzie inc. has launched what it calls an “industry-first” business process mining platform powered by generative AI.

The provider of AI-driven process mining and business process optimization software said the cutting-edge technology revolutionizes the way organizations analyze, optimize, and find ways to automate their business processes—driving efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

According to mindzie CEO James Henderson, “AI is changing the way businesses work; however, data security and safety needs to come first.”

“Our unique approach will allow customers to leverage the power of AI chat to discover process insights, while never exposing their data,” Henderson added in a statement. “Process analysis will no longer be limited to data scientists but will now extend to business users through the power of natural language AI.”

mindzie said its business process mining platform now integrates generative AI, a breakthrough technology that uses machine learning algorithms to automatically discover, visualize, and analyze business processes.

Generative AI is a form of artificial intelligence that is capable of generating text, images, or other media in response to prompts. Its models learn the patterns and structure of their input training data, and then generate new data that has similar characteristics.

AI as a “process analyst”

The company said that by leveraging this advanced technology, mindzie enables organizations to accelerate their process improvement initiatives and achieve rapid digital transformation.

This approach trains the AI on how to think like a “process analyst” and leverage mindzie’s proprietary block language to provide process insights, the company said. Customer data is never trained on or exposed to the AI, keeping it private, safe, and secure, mindzie said.

The company said that users can gain critical business process insights via simple questions such as:

“Show me the bottlenecks in my manufacturing process…”
“I want to see the conformance and compliance issues…”
“Graph ReWork overtime by week…”
“Filter for cases that take longer than 48 hours…”
“Now tell me the root cause…”

The integration of mindzie’s business process mining platform with generative AI marks a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to simplification and democratization of process mining and intelligence, the company said. With its pioneering use of generative AI, mindzie says it’s continuing to push the boundaries of intelligent automation and solidifying its position as an industry leader.

The company added that the mindzie studio is enabled with generative AI and is available in Cloud Hosted, Enterprise On-Premise, Desktop Professional Edition, and Free Desktop Edition.
