Camilla Harris has been appointed chief financial officer of Dallas-based Lincoln Residential, one of the largest multifamily operators in the United States.
Duncan Osborne, the CEO of Lincoln Residential, released a statement expressing his delight in welcoming Camilla to the team.
“[Harris] brings great perspective, energy, and leadership, and I have no doubt she will make important contributions to the continued success of our company as we grow our property management business, support our clients and expand our development and investment programs,” he said in a statement.
Most recently, Harris was chief accounting officer at Digital Realty where she led a team of roughly 200 professionals across North America, Europe, and Asia and brings more than two decades of finance experience across a broad range of industries.
Lincoln Property’s Residential Division was acquired by Cadillac Fairview in March. As part of the acquisition, Osborne was named to succeed Tim Byrne as Lincoln Residential CEO. Byrne, who is retiring from the role, has held the position since 1984. Lincoln Residential now operates as a separate, independent company and is no longer affiliated with Lincoln Property Company’s commercial division.
Founded in 1965, Lincoln Residential focuses on investment, development, acquisition, and property management in multifamily real estate and employs over 4,500 people.
