JLL Bolsters Healthcare Real Estate Team with New Dallas VP

Chris Higbie joins the commercial real estate firm's Healthcare and Life Sciences agency leasing team.

JLL has added Chris Higbie as vice president of Healthcare and Life Sciences in its Dallas office.

Chris Higbie

It’s a pivotal role in the division, the CRE firm said in a news release. Higbie will help JLL clients attract and retain “the perfect tenant mix” for their properties.

Ethan Garner, JLL’s South Central Healthcare and Life Sciences Lead, said the new VP brings an “impressive track record in healthcare real estate investment sales and corporate sales and consulting.”

His experience and expertise can further strengthen JLL’s “industry-leading healthcare platform,” Garner said.

Higbie joins JLL from Colliers. According to JLL, the new VP has four years of healthcare real estate investment sales experience, which resulted in $65 million in closed deals, largely in Texas. With eight years of corporate sales before that, Higbie takes a consultative approach to real estate advisory by developing customized solutions for each client.

In a statement, Higbie said JLL’s reach and resources are an “incredible opportunity.”

With Garner’s “vision for the team and the growth of the platform, along with the warm and welcoming culture of the people at JLL,” he said, it feels “like family already.”

Higbie earned his business administration degree from the University of Dayton.

JLL is a Fortune 500 company that provides real estate services in over 80 countries. The firm reported $20.9 billion in annual revenue last year.
