JLL Announces Multiple Promotions at its Dallas, Fort Worth Offices

Fortune 500 company JLL, a global commercial real estate and investment management company, announced a series of promotions within its Dallas and Fort Worth offices.

Real estate services giant JLL has announced a series of promotions within its Dallas and Fort Worth offices.

The firm said the within JLL’s industrial division, Nathan Orbin and Kurt Griffin have been promoted to senior managing directors, while Caleb McCoy and Michael Haggar become managing directors.

Bo Puckett has been named senior vice president, JM Priddy has been promoted to vice president, and Kodie Comby has been named a senior associate.

Within JLL’s office tenant representation, the firm announced that Taylor Dickerson and Blake Waltrip have advanced to executive vice presidents, joined by Rachel Gorney, now vice president.

The office agency leasing team noted that Chris Wright is now executive vice president, and Lauren Perry and Gini Rounsaville are now senior vice presidents.

Within the healthcare and life sciences business line, Austin Barrett has been promoted to executive vice president, while Reese Bowles takes the role of senior associate.

Curt Holcomb, who specializes in data centers, is now managing director.

In Fort Worth, Madison Hornisher and Alex Hrapkiewicz have been promoted to vice presidents along with John Davidson, who is now senior associate.
